Returns Policy
All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery. Any damage or shortage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us immediately. Photo proof is required to process a claim. Credit for damaged or missing material will only be issued in cases of a successful freight claim with the delivering carrier.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If your item is a special order item, you may be subject to restocking fees.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We currently offer free delivery of our contracted online Shop products in the contiguous United States. Orders are processed within 3 business days and ship through various shipping methods. Upon receipt of order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability. Delivery dates may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Therefore, we can not guarantee delivery dates.
Exclusions: Certain oversized, hazardous, or restricted products may not be eligible for shipping or may have additional shipping charges. For example, items that require special crating, packaging or handling.
